Welcome Back Sunday 2026 – First Congregational Church of Essex Junction

Sunday September 20th – after worship service

The Christian Formation committee is looking forward to hosting Welcome Back Sunday on September 20th, immediately following our church service. This year the committee will offer a Taco ‘n Taters Bar, instead of a barbecue. Taco shells and baked potatoes will be available to be topped with all sorts of delicious toppings.

Again this year the committee are issuing a challenge to all dessert makers out there for the desserts to go with the meal. Anyone can participate, and the winner, as decided by the youth of the church, will take home a $25 gift card to Boxcar Bakery, provided by Rev. Mark.
