• Motion 1: Finance recommends approving up to 25K for funding of the renovations/ramp in the former preschool space. When we have clarity about the needs of the prospective renter, the funding will be paid for first from surplus funds from 2023, second from available endowment distribution in 2024, and lastly from the memorial fund.
