8. Executive Committee updates – Committee met on March 4th and 25th. On March 4th the committee discussed the A/V system and the way forward to make upgrades to enable hybrid services. They considered the timing and made plans to begin in-person worship on April 11th, and to do dress rehearsals open to Council members on the Sundays leading up to Easter. They agreed to have all of the Easter services be pre-recorded and not in-person. On March 24th, the committee considered air flow, and input received from attendees at the dress rehearsals. They also reviewed the SignUp Genius and instructions provided there.
