Age Well VT Workshop

Age Well and FCCEJ are hosting a workshop for seniors and their families and caregivers.
The event will include information on services and resources that Age Well offers as well as how programs are responding to the changes in federal funding. There will be a Q & A period, and giveaways from Age Well and FCCEJ.
