• Motion 1: HRC, with support from respective committees, will develop job descriptions for two CE and one tech position.
• Motion 2: The Trustees recommend contracting with Able Paint Glass & Flooring for up to $15,500 for new vinyl flooring in Fellowship Hall (including Food Pantry/Bath/hall).
• Motion 3: The Trustees request Council approval of $10,500 toward that contract.
  • Food Pantry will contribute $5,000 toward $15,500 total cost.
  • Monies to be allocated from Memorial Fund v. general reserves.
• Motion 4: Council will review all policies every three-five years for updates.
• Motion 5: Council will authorize listing the Parsonage at rate of up to $3,400/month rent. (Finance to negotiate the Lease).
