Heavenly Cents Thrift Shop

History

In 1995 three dynamic women of the church; Barb Blanchette, Bernie Currier and Louise Koolvord, established Heavenly Cents Thrift Shop to provide affordable clothing, linens and household items to the community. All proceeds from sales are donated to community organizations.

Donate!

We welcome donations of new and used men’s, women’s and childrens’ clothing, boots and shoes, bed and table linens, jewelry, vintage clothing and household items. Donations are accepted during our open hours.

Volunteer!

Heavenly Cents is staffed entirely by volunteers. They are vital in helping our shop make a difference in the community. We are always looking for folks to join our team. Volunteering can build your resume, help give back to the community, build friendships, and support our mission. If you are interested, contact the church office.

Community Support

Heavenly Cents gives back to the community with financial donations to many local organizations. Examples are: Age Well Meals on Wheels, Steps to End Domestic Violence, JUMP, VSAC (Katie Currier Scholarship), SPECTRUM, Community Justice Center, COTS, CHIPS, Pathways, Outright Vermont, the Cemetery Association, church Outdoor Ministry programs, Senior Center and VIEW.
