    • Motion 1: Stewardship moves that FCCEJ be allowed to host the Calcutta raffle in
      \nsupport of the service trip to the Blackfeet Reservation.<\/li>\n
    • Motion 2: HRC moves that the role of Christian Ministry Coordinator be offered at 10
      \nhours\/week to the selected candidate.<\/li>\n
    • Motion 3: Trustees move that we accept the construction proposal for the preschool space.<\/li>\n
    • Motion 4: Trustees request approval of a contract of up to $5,400 for elevator piston repairs by Otis Elevator, and the waiver of the 3- bid rule due to existing service contract with Otis. Half of the cost can be covered in 2023 with Maintenance reserve funds if needed. The second half will be included in the Trustee budget request for 2024.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
